# General Rules

### Faction Claims

* Non-Primary claims can be contested by any group, even if your group members are offline
* Non-Official groups claims can be contested at any time by any group
* Must have a minimum of 5 group members in the area of the claim to contest it
* The faction being contested has all rights to fight back and/or take back their claims through means of RP such as conflict or negotiation
  * Starting the contestable claim process is initiation to start group vs group conflict
* Primary claims for official factions are not contestable

### Faction Standards

* No Faction Hopping, jumping from one group to another in a span of less than 72 hours; **staff reserves the right to extend the cooldown for people caught faction hopping**
* You cannot create other characters to circumvent being kicked from a group or hopping groups. E.G, getting kicked on character A from the group, creating Character B and attempting to join the group, unless both parties agree
* During group conflict scenarios, members that login mid scenario are required to raise their hands and leave the area, the attackers are not permitted to attack them while they leave
* Players that have a character in multiple groups cannot use information between characters by any means, this includes the transfer of loot and vehicles
* Factions that have a PK policy are required to have proof of agreement, either by reaction roles or a signed form.
