# Manager(s)

### Manager(s) help monitor and Manage the Staff Team and daily tasks such as grading quizzes, they also collectively discuss and vote on decisions that may affect the community.

* Ensuring quality service of Staff/Enforcing Staff Punishments
* Reviewing Background Checks
* Performing Staff Trainings
* Reviewing/Grading Quiz Responses
* Doing Interviews
* Reviewing Faction Applications
* Reviewing Staff Applications
* Reviewing LOA Applications

### Requirements & Standards

* Must have had full Staff Experience for more than a month (Unless we see them fit for the position sooner and it is absolutely needed)
* Cannot have any active staff strikes on record
* Must be at least 16 years or older & show's maturity
* Must be active in-game at least 1 time per week
* Cannot be inactive in game longer than 14 days without an LOA notice/form
